Position : Motion Systems Group Sale Engineer (경력 5년 ~20년)
Hydrulic Cartridge & Manifold Market을 경험 하신 분이라면 Sales Engineer 에서 Manager 까지 폭넓게 지원가능 합니다.
Position Summary:
Responsible for direct OEM and Distrituors sales of Hydrulic Cartridge & Manifold business for profitable growth.
Develop business of Contrsuction Equipment & Special Vehicle markets
Responsible for profitable sales growth of Cartridge & Manifold products through Premier Customer Service, New Products, and New Sales Channel development
Need a capability of market trend analyze, establish sales strategies, and mapping for new market & customer profiles
Scope/Supervision & Interaction
Interact with Filed Sales / Direct and Distributors customers for winning business
Co-works with Divisional management, Business Development team, and related support departments for premium customer experience
Lead profitable growth objectives through new business opportunities
Develop profitable growth strategies for Cartridge & Manfiold product / Sales, Gross Margin, Marketing & New items development activities
Communicate and participate in developing program relative with Oversea division
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the sales of Cartridge & Manifold both direct OEMs and distributors
Executing sales plans & business strategic positioning
Develop new business, customers and opportunities
Research market trend & information and competitors activity to analyze the current & future market situation
Monthly and quarterly reporting for Cartridge & Manifold business’s application & products mapping by all of customers based on on-going & new projects
Continually seek to promote new ideas and insights for profitable growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred
At least +5 years sales experience working with Cartridge & Manifold business & Markets
Project management experience
Excellent communication skills with direct OEMs and distributors
Positive thinking, proactive mind and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
Fluent spoken and written English skills

- 근무시간 : 09:00 ~ 18:00 ( 주 5일근무 )
- 근무지 : 경기도 성남시 분당구 판교
- 직급및연봉 : 면접시 경력과 능력, 직전 직장 연봉등을 참고로 협의 결정 합니다.
